Your new home should reflect your dreams, including the layout, design, finishes, feel and location. Our homes are all built with the same care and attention and if you can't find what you are looking for in one of our communities, we can help you design and build your next new home on your own lot.

If we don't have the perfect design already in our extensive line ofhome styles we offer our Tailor Made program and can modify,customize and tailor your new home to exactly what you are looking for. We also offer an extensive but practical Design Center Experience to provide for any style, color palette or functional feature you are looking to incorporate into your home.

To avoid the complicated and frustration of custom home pricing, we have set a base price for our most popular plans in this series and included a full standard features list proviing the home specifications, as well as construction allowances. The allowances provide a way to provide pricing in general for our homes. Of course every lot is unique and may require additional work or expense including: clearing, fill, borings, piles, utility lines, etc. Two signifcant issues can effect the price of any home on any lot, inclding the cost to fully prepare the lot and any local / Home Owner's Assocation or Architectrual Review Board requirements. We are happy to review your lot and any documents related to the lot to provide guidance on these issues and the approximate effect to the overall cost.

Once you make all the critical decision we take on the building process, and handle everything, from pulling the permits, all surveys, all inspections, and all day to day construciton. We strive to keep the site neat and safe not only for the workmen but for your future neighbors. You will recieve the full dedication and attention from our experiecend construction team and be provided direct access to your project manager. 

        

All homes include full GHO design, build and warranty services including our Design Center, Tailor Made Custom Program and full after care warranty. We also provide pre-construction, during construction and pre-closing meetings and reviews of the project and any questions.
