GHO Homes also states that if buyers wish to move up the closing date, the homebuilder is happy to accommodate that request in most cases, whenever possible.  The GHO “Year To Close” Program is available on new construction at Fieldstone Ranch only; it’s not available on special inventory or model homes. The offer subject to change or withdrawal at any time prior to execution of a purchase and sales agreement and fees may apply.
