Along a stretch of sand on Florida's Atlantic side is the Treasure Coast, the tranquil setting for 16 communities being built by GHO Homes.
GHO homes developed the Tailor Made program which allows homebuyers to customize their new homes with numerous options, builtins and upgrades to ensure their unique lifestyle is reflected.
Large and small structural modifications can be accommodated to any plan. You can expand your pantry, add a workshop to the garage, raise the roof, perhaps add a half bath or expand the patio.
As Renee MacLees, GHO marketing director explains, homebuyers choose one of the existing floor plans, communicate their needs and wants, and customize both interior and exterior finishes.
As part of the Tailor Made Program, GHO Homes has interactive floor plans on their website so you can compare options and even place furniture in your house. GHO's new Design Studio has more than 3,000 sq. ft. of showroom space with a host of flooring, cabinetry and bathroom options.
Standard features in all GHO homes are the rounded corners on all interior walls, 8-foot interior doors, tile in all living areas except the bedrooms and den, and granite or quartz countertops in the kitchens.
"In addition to building in our communities, we build semi-custom homes for individuals on their lot which brings our home selection options from the $200s to over the $800s," says MacLees.
Recently, GHO broke into the top 200 list at 195 when "Builder Magazine" ranked the top 200 builders, "a huge accomplishment for a local builder as this list is comprised mostly of national and regional builders," said MacLees.
As GHO Homes builds in only three counties, it was an honour for them to also receive the 2014 Fastest Growing Private Homebuilder 100- 200 award from "Builder Magazine," she said.
