Bill, this is June in Fieldstone Ranch. I want to just send a note to give Richard recognition for his customer service. His approach is always “let’s get this done”. His demeanor has been nothing but professional and I appreciate his attention to detail. He is a real asset to your team - can we just clone him 10 times over??
I’ve had a number of things to address and having the website to log and address issues is very helpful.
