From I95 North, take exit 156 for Sebastian BLVD and head East. Turn right (South) onto 90th Ave. 90th Ave will turn into 85th St. Follow 85th St. to US1. Turn right (South) onto US1. Turn right (East) onto 73rd St. The community will be on the right.
From I95 South, take exit 147 for 20th St/SR 60 and head East. Turn left (North) onto US1. Turn right (East) onto 73rd St. The community will be on the right.
To Berkley Square from sales office:
Turn left onto 73rd st. and then turn left onto US1 South. Turn right onto 69th St. Turn left onto 33rd st. and the community will be on the right.
