Laurel Reserve Driving Directions
DIRECTIONS TO THE COMMUNITY:
From US1, turn left (West) onto 49th Street. The community will be on the left.
From Vero Beach - North on US1 to Schumann Drive.
From I-95 - use the Sebastian/Fellsmere exit and take SR512 to US1 and proceed South to Schumann Drive.
Once you have arrived at Schumann Drive - go west 1/4 mile (about 2 blocks) to Bailey Drive. Take a right onto Baily Drive and which will turn into Laurel Reserve Drive S. Turn right for Sandhill Crane Way.
TO VISIT THE HIGH POINT SALES OFFICE:
Sales for Laurel Reserve are handled through our High Pointe community. Located On 65th Street in Vero Beach. From the community, take US1 south to 65th Street. Turn west to the community entrance will be on the left.
From I-95 from the south, Take SR 60 east to 58th Avenue. North to 65th Street then east to the community on the right.
From I-95 from the north, Take 512 east to 510, south and follow the road to 58th Avenue. Turn south on 58th Avenue to 65th Street, turn left and follow the road to the community entrance on your right.
