Request Service

As part of our Customer Service Program, we provide  (30 day, 4th month, 9th month home inspection as needed) on all GHO Homes. From time to time, items and issues arise. If this is an emergency - please visit the emergency page of the website for more information.

For non-emergency repairs/service, please complete the form below (or email us at service@ghohomes.com). A GHO customer service representative will attempt to contact you within 1 business day to schedule an appointment or to provide you additional information.

Please indicate below the dates and times that would be convenient for our contractors to schedule with you, between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

Repairs will only be done during normal business hours.

In the case of any emergency or something in which a response is required in under 36 hours please do not use this method to contact the builder. Please take all reasonable steps to protect your home and property.
