The Town of Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida is a master-planned, mixed-use community located in the heart of one of America’s fastest growing regions – Port St. Lucie, in St. Lucie County – along Florida’s Treasure Coast. The Town of Tradition, which opened in 2003, is an 8,300-acre master-planned community with a variety of mixed uses and when fully built out, will consist of 18,500 residences.

Where is Tradition located?
Tradition is located at Exit 118 (Tradition Parkway) on I-95 in Port St. Lucie, Fla. With a population of more than 100,000, Port St. Lucie is quickly becoming one of the state's largest cities, with an ongoing influx of young, affluent families.
The community is strategically located just 100 miles north of Miami and 40 miles north of West Palm Beach. Orlando is 100 miles northwest on Florida's Turnpike.
