Our homes are all built with the same care and attention and if you can't find what you are looking for in one of our communities, we can help you design and build your next new home on your own lot.
To avoid the complication and frustration of custom home pricing, we have set a base price for our most popular plans in this series and included a full standard features list providing the home specifications, as well as construction allowances. The allowances provide a way to prepare pricing, in general, for our homes. Of course, every lot is unique and may require additional work or expense including: clearing, fill, borings, pylons, utility lines, etc. Two significant issues can affect the price of any home on any lot, including the cost to fully prepare the lot and any local / Home Owner's Association or Architectrual Review Board requirements. We are happy to review your lot and any documents related to the lot to provide guidance on these issues and the approximate affect to the overall cost.
Once you make all the critical decisions, we take on the building process and handle everything from pulling the permits to surveys, all inspections, and all day-to-day construction. We strive to keep the site neat and safe, not only for the workmen but for your future neighbors. You will receive the full dedication and attention of our experienced construction team and be provided direct access to your project manager.
