Our teams have all left the communities and are now home preparing their homes for the storms. The gates will be opened and secured in the neighborhoods. Clubhouses will be closed for access during the storm. Everyone stay safe and we will update everyone once the storm has passes and we are able to tour neighborhoods.

Today begins our storm preparation for Hurricane Milton. This page will be active and updated as we proceed through the preparation and clean up for Milton.
Currently, our offices are all opening and working. Our teams will be working to prepare and secure dumpsters, portolets and construction material as well as clearing drainage bags from the neighborhoods.
Homeowners, please do not put household items in construction dumpsters. Please secure your property, pickup light items, store them inside, etc. And continue to watch for updates on this page and our social media pages.
