GHO Homes, which builds along Florida’s Treasure Coast, has acquired the remaining inventory of 130 single-family home lots in LakePark at Tradition, an active-adult community in Port St. Lucie under development by Minto Communities U.S.A.

GHO plans to offer a detached-home product geared toward home buyers 55 and older.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to once again bring our homes to Tradition and look forward to working with Minto to complete LakePark. We are currently developing our plans and features, and expect to begin selling very soon,” said Bill Handler, president of GHO Homes.

“GHO Homes will be a terrific addition to our community,” said Mike Belmont, president of Minto Communities U.S.A. “They have longevity in the Treasure Coast market and have a sterling reputation for building quality and innovative homes.”

While GHO finalizes its floor plans for LakePark, Minto is in the final phase of selling its popular paired-villa home collection. Only 88 lots are still available, with home prices starting in the low $200,000s. Minto offers five villa floor plans that range in size from 1,565-1,862 square feet under air and include 2 bedrooms/2 baths plus den, up to 3 bedrooms/2 baths. All feature 2-car garages, energy-efficient construction, open interiors, spacious kitchens, designer baths and a vast array of included premium features.

The Club at LakePark features a state-of-the art fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool, spa, and shaded cabanas. There is also a covered terrace perfect for social gatherings and an outdoor seating area with barbecue grills. Just off the patio is a well-manicured lawn for special events and a dog park. LakePark homeowners also have full use of the amenities at neighboring TownPark at Tradition, an adjacent Minto community that sold out in 2016. Neighborhood parks and nature trails surround both communities.
