GHO Homes wins in the 30th Annual TCBA Parade of Homes

Treasure Coast Builders Association hosts its 30th Annual, 
Grand Awards Banquet for the TCBA Parade of Homes

Port St. Lucie, FL. (April 18, 2024) – The Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA) proudly hosted its 30th Annual Parade of Homes, celebrating the finest in-home design and construction across the Treasure Coast. 
Nine building and design professionals judged all entries from outside the Treasure Coast area. Entries were judged based on exteriors, interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other features to score and determine Diamond, Grande, Platinum, and Gold winners for each category listed below.
"We are pleased to announce that TCBA had a record-breaking event for the Parade of Homes this year! There were 32 Homes and 14 Specialty Categories of highly qualified entries," stated TCBA TCBA Parade of Homes Chair Kathy Macaluso. "These awards celebrate excellence and innovation across the Treasure Coast, showcasing our members' unwavering dedication to top-quality, state-of-the-art construction."

Grande Award – GHO Homes – AURORA

Category 6 - $700,000 to $825,000
Grande Award – GHO Homes – CYPRESS

Category 7 - $925,000 to $1,050,000
Platinum Award – GHO Homes – WILLOW

Category 10 – Over $1.5 Million
Platinum Award – GHO Homes – INDIGO
