Once a lot has been selected, Handler will personally meet with you to discuss your dream home. Within 10 days, the GHO designers will create a custom plan. There is no need to hire an outside architect. You are assigned a project manager who stays with your project and in touch with you through every step of the building process. Within about five months, you can be in your dream home.
