“All our virtual options:  virtual appointments, virtual tours, virtual contract appointments and plan review are all still available options for those wanting to tour and purchase from the safety of their living room.  However, for those that need to visit the model, tour the communities, walk the move-in ready homes, our sales offices are now open” stated Bill Handler, President of GHO HOMES.  


However, as with all businesses, business does not look the same.  Their sales offices are open, but if you are sick or know someone who is sick, please take advantage of their virtual options.  Additionally, GHO Homes is limiting the visitors in the home, so you could see a note advising you that “guests are in the model and they will be with you shortly”.  Please respect the social distancing guidelines and give everyone the space their need to feel safe.  


“We have increased our cleaning schedules, added sterilization processes, provided shielding for desks to insure spacial awareness and we are ready to reopen and welcome buyers to tour” continued Bill Handler.
