GHO Homes Wins 5 Grand Awards From The Treasure Coast Builders Association

  TREASURE COAST, FL.  

 

We already knew that GHO Homes won the top prize in their price categories in St Lucie and Indian River Counties for their 5 entries into the Treasure Coast Builders Association Parade of Homes.  But to add icing to the cake, last Friday night at the Annual TCBA awards banquet, GHO Homes was award 5 GRAND awards for their entries as well.  If you are counting - that is 10 awards - 5 homes!!  

 

“This year we had 19 residential entries in 9 different categories.  The homes were judged by a group of 9 professionals from outside the Treasure Coast area.  They compared exteriors, interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms & other unique features.  The entries were scored and those scores were tabulated and compared with one another.  The categories were established based on sales price, minus land, minus swimming pool and other options and minus decorating features.  The winning entries received Platinum, Gold and Silver Awards in each county.

The platinum award winners in each county are compared to one another and the Treasure Coast Winners then become our Grand Award recipients.” stated Maddie Williams, Executive Director of the Treasure Coast Builders Association, she continued “The 2018 Winners List, and all the home details for each entry as well as photos are available on our website at www.paradeofhomestreasurecoast.com”.

 

 

The year’s entries are a compilation of their models opened since the last Parade of Homes in March of 2017 and represent only a fraction of their models, floorpans and communities.
