The Generation Series, offered exclusively by GHO Homes, has been inspired by the increase in “multi-generational” living – defined as including adults of at least two generations. With the Generation Series, GHO Homes provides today’s homebuyers with a wide range of floor plan options based on the builder’s most popular single family home designs, all at a value balanced to each family’s unique needs.

GHO Homes’ Generation Series showcases innovative home design options of the builder’s most popular models, altered specifically with multi-generational families in mind. Designs include additional living quarters, first-floor master and guest suites, and large, open floor plans with plenty of gathering areas. All Generations Series homes by GHO are designed to provide maximum flexibility and privacy, as well as today’s most desired features and finishes.

Illustrating this concept, GHO has prepared plan conversions of three of their most popular models, the Biscayne, the Mendicino and the Savannah. By specifically modifying the floor plans to enhance multi-generational living, they have created the Biscayne-Generations, Mendicino-Generations and Savannah-Generations. Best of all, GHO Homes is able to keep costs down while still offering homebuyers the same great homes designs and solid value that the company is renowned for.

The Biscayne-Generations features a main living area with a two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan with living room, dining room, den, kitchen, laundry area, two-car garage, and covered patio. The home’s Master Suite is highlighted by his and hers walk-in closets and a spacious Master Bath. Biscayne-Generations’ separate living space offers a Private Suite with full bath and oversized walk-in closet, den, laundry area, an additional half-bath, and private entry. Biscayne-Generations’ total square footage is 2,262 sq. ft., with 1,609 air-conditioned square feet. 

The Mendicino-Generations option offers families a spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom floor plan, plus an additional Private Suite with its own Great Room, private suite with sitting area, two baths, walk-in closet, storage area, private entry, and even a mini bar with refrigerator. The home’s main living space includes a large Master Suite with Master Bath, optional den or fourth bedroom, large covered patio, large kitchen with breakfast area, Great Room, and three-car garage. The Mendicino-Generations model has a total square footage of 3,491 sq. ft., with 2,618 air-conditioned square feet.

The Savannah-Generations design features a Private Suite with full bath, walk-in closet and personal wet bar that also makes a perfect guest suite. Savannah Generations’ main living space offers four bedrooms or three bedrooms with den, living room, dining room, family room, Master Suite with Master Bath and two walk-in closets, kitchen with breakfast area, laundry room, covered patio and a two-car garage. Total square footage for the Savannah-Generations model is 3,112 sq. ft. with 2,211 air-conditioned square feet.
