GHO Is Powerhouse Builder In PSL, Treasure Coast

You may have heard the name, but the story is quite incredible. GHO Homes is a nationally recognized builder with multiple Top 200 Builder Awards and Fastest Growing Builder Awards over the last 7 years. However, the company focuses solely on construction on the Treasure Coast — specifically in St. Lucie and Indian River counties. The reasons for GHO’s success is anchored in its desire to focus on customization in creating homes, and the commitment from their entire team to their core values. Currently managed by the second generation of the Handler family, Bill Handler, president of GHO Homes, insists that GHO Homes is a family consisting of employees, subcontractors and homeowners. This is the reason for their success since 1983.


In 2018, GHO Homes was acquired by Green Brick Partners. ST. LUCIE EXPANSION

Currently, GHO Homes is building in Meadowood in western St. Lucie County and throughout Port St. Lucie through their St Lucie Collection series of homes. In Port St Lucie, GHO owns a collection of homesites to build homes for their buyers. If you have your own lot, GHO Homes will build for you there as well. In the past, GHO Homes completed the Bedford Park neighborhood in Tradition and built in Victoria Parc. Now the company is returning to Tradition with new opportunities, currently completing the last homesites in Heritage Oaks and will soon release sales opportunities for more than 130 homesites in the 55+ community of Lake Park at Tradition. In Port St. Lucie, GHO Homes is selling new homes from the mid $200s from their Marlin 3 model on Savona Boulevard. Some of the standards that set them apart from other builders in Port St. Lucie, include the GHO Connectivity tech package, impact windows, tile flooring in all living area, granite countertops, 42-inch kitchen cabinets, full tile bathroom showers, irrigation system and much more. It has plans for expansion with new models coming later this fall on Savona.
